Translation with context
The translation remembers the chapter’s earlier bubbles, so names, nicknames and each character’s voice stay consistent.
Paste a link to a manga, manhwa or webtoon chapter. We find the speech bubbles, translate them with the chapter’s context and replace the text on the page – live, while you read.
Copy the chapter address from the site you read on. No link? Upload the images from your device.
English, Spanish, Polish and 30+ others. We detect the original language ourselves.
Every page gets scanned: we find the speech bubbles and translate them, remembering what was said earlier in the chapter.
The translation appears before you scroll to the page. Tap a bubble to peek at the original or fix the text.

Pages are translated in the background just before you reach them, and the reader bar shows which one is being translated. Long webtoon strips – piece by piece.
A tapped bubble shows the translation in large type next to the original. Something sounds off? Fix the text – the correction stays in your account.
We pull the images from most online readers. If a site fights back, just upload the files.

No. MangaVerba works in the browser on your phone and computer – no app, no extension. All you need is a chapter link or the images on your device.
Links work with most sites that show a chapter as plain images (e.g. Webtoons and WordPress-based readers), and with MangaDex. Sites protected by Cloudflare or loading images with scripts can be opened with the “Translate in MangaVerba” bookmark – you’ll find instructions in the reader. As a last resort, save the chapter images and upload them yourself.
From Korean (manhwa), Japanese (manga), Chinese (manhua), English and most others. You don’t have to choose anything – we detect the original language automatically.
Browsers don’t let one website change the content of another. That’s why we fetch the chapter images and show them here with the translation on top. You’ll always find a link to the original site below the chapter.
We don’t store them in our database. Images are passed on for translation and may stay in the network cache for a short time (up to a day) so they load faster. Only the translated text stays in your account – only you can see it, and coming back to a chapter is instant.
The translation is generated automatically (AI) and takes the whole chapter’s context into account, so it usually reads naturally. The hardest parts are sound effects drawn into the panels, heavily stylized lettering and blurry scans. If something sounds off, tap the bubble and fix the text – the correction stays in your account.
